Lab Description
The Computer and Multimedia Laboratory primarily serves the GE 1090 computer programming in Engineering course.
This course introduces basics of computer programming concepts through programming languages. This course covers basics of number systems, input and output statements in any computer programming, algorithms and flowchart, this course enables students to design and apply computer programs using concepts like decision making and branching, looping structures, Arrays, Functions and application programs. The laboratory is prepared for carrying out the students' research projects.
Lab objectives:
- Correct application of different software.
- Learning the latest technologies and its application.
- Attending lectures and interacting with them.
Available Tools and Devices:
Computer and Multimedia Laboratory contains 41 computers and a display and interaction device (Data Show (U-E- Learning System Projector for Easy interaction). The students in this laboratory are receiving training and lectures in order to perform the gained knowledge and applications for different purposes.
