Mission

Applying the quality specifications of education agreed upon by the relevant experts in engineering education to prepare the self-study of the program

Goals

Verifying the application of quality systems and academic accreditation standards in the college.
Emphasizing the commitment of the electrical engineering program to the standards of the Accreditation Commission for Engineering and Technology (ABET).
Follow up the department's preparations to obtain local academic accreditation
Ensure that the learning outcomes of the electrical engineering program are consistent with the National Qualifications Framework
Verifying that the electrical engineering program meets the requirements for applying for academic accreditation
Collect evidence and evidence related to each standard of academic accreditation.
Proposing development projects for the electrical engineering program, following up on their approval, and supervising their implementation
Follow up the implementation of course and program improvement plans

Tasks

Design a quality assurance and accreditation system to support continuous improvement
Obtaining public recognition for the programs of the College of Engineering in Wadi Al-Dawasir
Ensure that standards designed by the Accreditation Commission for Engineering and Technology (ABET) are met.
Collaborate with other units and subcommittees in order to ensure that standards are met and programs are ensured.
All the work and costs required by the quality unit.
