On Tuesday, December 27, 2022, the Engineering Club held a course on the basics of the 3D computer graphics program, Blender. It was presented by the student / Khaled Aboul Fotouh, in the presence of a large number of students of the College of Engineering and from different colleges as well.
The beginning was by mentioning a definition of the program and mentioning its uses and benefits for students in particular and for users in general in practical and academic life, then mentioning the requirements for running the program and the method of installing and activating it on computers, and an explanation of the program’s interface, its icons and the functions of each one of them.
The course continued with a presentation of a construction project for a three-dimensional drawing from the beginning, step by step, in detail, from drawing a mental idea to converting it into an actual project, and then a presentation of various previous projects of the student’s work using the same program, and he presented various models from the Internet for distinctive designs in the same program.
In conclusion, the club's students and the attendees expressed their thanks to the student for his distinguished presentation and attractive ideas. In turn, the student thanked the club's management for providing the opportunity, promising to provide the best for the club in the future.
