Vision

Work to create a pioneering and distinguished academic educational environment to contribute to the advancement of the College of Engineering in Wadi Al Dawasir scientifically and academically and to develop its performance to ensure the improvement of the quality of the educational process.

 

Message

The committee seeks to contribute to the regularity of the educational process and to provide an educational environment with a clear vision that satisfies the application of quality standards.

 

Objectives

  • Creating an educational environment that is attractive and stimulating for creativity and excellence.

  • Facilitating examinations for examinees and students.

  • Carrying out the tasks and activities assigned to the committee by the college administration.

 

Mission

  • Organizing examination committees.

  • Preparing schedules for final exams and alternative exams.

  • Preparing a schedule of auxiliary invigilation for the quarterly exams.

  • Preparing the schedule of invigilation for the final exams.

  • Follow up on students' excuses, postponements, and disciplinary issues.

  • Carry out the tasks and activities assigned to it by the Dean of the College and provide him with the required reports.

  • Applying the regulations and decisions, and regulations for academic affairs in the college.

  • Observance of health and safety procedures in examination venues.

 

Achievements

  • Periodic meetings of the Academic Affairs Committee were held, the tasks of the committee members were identified, and the work plan was discussed.

  • The mechanism for setting the invigilation schedule has been prepared and approved

  • A schedule of auxiliary invigilation for the mid-exams has been made

  • Final exams schedules have been worked out.

  • Google Excel tables have been made to receive and deliver the final exams, as well as to receive and deliver the answer sheets.
